Our Story

Hi, I'm Amber. I'm 10 years old, and the owner of Amber's Embers.

One night last summer while camping with family and friends, we were sitting around the campfire and a discussion started aobut how some candles aren't healthy or good for you. I'd been thinking about starting a business, and I had a spark. (Get it? Spark?) Why not start a candle business and make healthy, non-toxic candles? With some help from my mom, I learned how to make hand-poured candles, and Amber's Embers was born. Now, here we are, with a website and everything!

Every candle is hand-poured in small batches right here in Sherwood, Oregon, using premium all-natural soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils—no harsh chemicals, ever.
